General Utility Worker I

Our general assistants serve a variety of essential back of the house and front of house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The General assistant is required to maintain a safe sanitary work environment and required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.
We are looking for someone with:

• A keen interest in food and service
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
• A good knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP
• Good understanding of English
• Dedication and self-motivation
• Good timekeeping
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
• To be able to contribute to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene
• Courteous manner

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 years’ experience in a similar environment.
• Customer service experience
• Food hygiene experience
• Previous experience of porterage, catering, cleaning, or housekeeping
