Job Purpose:
Develop, Maintain and Measure SEKO Ireland’s activity with selected specific key accounts. Manage all aspects of SEKO`s relationship with the account(s) from implementation through to strategic objectives, achieving optimum business retention and development.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as lead or assist with implementation projects of supply chain solutions to new and existing accounts acquired by SEKO commercial & support to new Branch office business.
- Implementations will follow standard SEKO onboarding process & tools, from when the opportunity is awarded to handover as business as usual.
- Working with internal teams and client to document standard operating procedures, ensuring sign-off from all parties before business has gone live, inclusive of billing processes & requirements.
- Agree Key Performance Indicators with customers, ensuring a process is in place to measure & evaluate once live.
- Liaison between the SEKO commercial lead, cost owner and customer to ensure commercials are proposed, reviewed and agreed before commencement of business.
- Drive strategic initiatives aimed at increasing wallet share, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within existing key customers.
- Working closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges, positioning SEKO’s value-added services to expand the scope of engagement.
- Utilise data driven insights and industry expertise to propose tailored solutions that align with customers long-term goals, fostering deeper relationships, strengthening partnerships and increasing gross profit on accounts.
- Where applicable liaising with product teams to ensure space & rates have been filed, in line with commercial proposal & agreement.
- Drive strategic initiatives aimed at increasing wallet share, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within existing key customers.
- Working closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges, positioning SEKO’s value-added services to expand the scope of engagement.
- Utilise data driven insights and industry expertise to propose tailored solutions that align with customers long-term goals, fostering deeper relationships, strengthening partnerships and increasing gross profit on accounts.
- Build network relationships at the required levels within the customers organisation.
- Travel, as necessary, to meet SEKO offices, customer offices & customers to establish & maintain systems & procedures.

- Freight: 3 years (preferred)
