Global Partner Manager

Milestone Systems seeks a Global Partner Manager to be responsible for managing and developing our strategic partners from a global perspective and contribute to the exciting future in a high growth company.

This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

At Milestone you will join a leading provider of IP Video Management Systems globally and contribute to our 20+ years of continuous growth. Today we are +1,000 employees with headquarters in Copenhagen and represented in more than 25 countries around the world.

The team

As part of the Global Partner Sales team, it is defining the Go-to-Market plan for global partners.

You will be joining a diverse and high-performing team that is spread across the world, and you will get a seat at the front with the team that is a key driver of Milestone’s growth ambition.

Job Tasks

As a Global Partner Manager, you have global ownership and are driving revenue growth by orchestrating engagement across regions and functions internally while positioning Milestone as the partner of choice for Video Management Systems for your strategic partners consisting of integrators, service providers, and resellers.

In addition to being part of the Global Partner Sales function you will be:

  • Engaging with C-level and business development executives to build long-term
partnerships
  • Developing and executing global joint business plans in alignment with regional teams
  • Co-creating value propositions delivering desirable business outcomes
  • Presenting to internal and external stakeholders at different levels
  • Actively driving sales and growth for the regions.

You will be reporting to the Sales Director of Global Partner Sales and have a high engagement with Milestone Channel and Field Sales resources. Frequent travel is a given part of the role.

Professional qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following attributes:

  • An MBA degree or operating at this level
  • 10+ years’ experience in global channels or key account management with a proven
success record
  • Experience with IT, security and/or video surveillance is expected
  • Speaking and written fluency in English is a requirement, and additional languages a
plus

You have a keen business mindset with a high level of service-mindedness, and you play with the team and are self-driven when required. You have a passion to succeed, and you thrive when helping partners doing the same. A good balance of structure and creativity is also needed to help partners truly enjoy and harness the benefits of working globally.
