As a Global Sales Support Analyst , you will perform all of the necessary actions to maintain the client program requirements.
What you'll do at Insight
- Process orders received from client with our Global Alliance Partners
- Obtain order shipment information from Global Alliance Partners
- Obtain and record appropriate information for asset management
- Maintain standard reporting requirements
We are looking for a Global Sales Support Analyst with:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and applications
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
