Duties

• Maintain and enhance the course’s landscape through regular mowing, edging, trimming, and planting
• Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and blowers to keep the grounds tidy and well-groomed
• Assist with irrigation system management to ensure optimal watering schedules for healthy turf growth
• Perform routine landscaping tasks including planting new greenery, mulching beds, and removing weeds
• Conduct general maintenance on equipment and hand tools to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support turf health by applying fertilizers, aeration techniques, and pest control measures as needed
• Collaborate with team members to implement landscape improvements that enhance course aesthetics

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and lawn care practices
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic maintenance procedures is a plus
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to landscape maintenance
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative work environments
