Who we are

Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is looking for a seeking a detail-oriented Google and Facebook Ads Specialist to join our Brivity Leads department. This role focuses on creating and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook platforms, while maintaining internal communication with the director, team supervisor, and other team members. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and knowledgeable in digital marketing platforms, and has a strong collaborative approach to supporting the team’s goals.

What is expected of you

• Generate High-Quality Leads: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of high-level lead generation campaigns for clients using platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Client Communication & Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, discussing their experience, campaign performance, and potential retention efforts. Build a trusted partnership with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic marketing advice.
• Campaign Optimization: Oversee the optimization of campaigns, ensuring budgets are met and goals are achieved. Analyze performance data and interpret results to develop and implement strategies for greater campaign success.
• Collaboration: Work with the in-house leads generation department to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to client accounts.
• Reporting: Run and analyze detailed reports to track campaign performance and present these findings to clients in a clear, understandable manner.
• Problem Resolution: Act as a high-level escalation point for client issues, working with internal teams to facilitate swift and effective resolutions.
• Ongoing Support: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and provide relevant updates on platform changes or new resources.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to possess

• Exceptional professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with both in-house teams and our clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work in a high-paced, remote environment.
• Proficiency in learning and explaining complex digital marketing products and services.
• Expert-level understanding of paid ads management on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, including Google Tag Manager, tracking, and pixel implementation.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity suites.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to work independently following the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
• A workstation that meets the Company’s technical requirements.

Salary: Up to Php 67,500 per month depending on skill/experience
