Location: San Marcos, TX
Pay: $25 - $29 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday during operational hours, with 1 or more Saturdays as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Support and mentor the dental assisting team

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure compliance with clinical standards

• Assist the doctor during procedures with efficiency and accuracy

• Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation

• Take high-quality, accurate X-rays

• Educate patients on treatment and reinforce recommendations

• Support clinical scheduling and patient flow

• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards

• Assist with lab case tracking and coordination

• Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to support operations
