Grass Cutting Technician / Labourer

Brazil’s Cemetery Services has been providing grass cutting and cemetery grounds maintenance services since 2003. We are looking for dedicated, hard working people looking to learn new skills or expand on those they already have.

Job Duties

• Operating zero turn mowers, trimmers and other small engine equipment
• Recording daily operations and following the cutting schedule in an efficient manner
• Performing general maintenance on mowing equipment
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas, including cemetery grounds, out buildings and work vehicles
• Trim low tree branches and overgrown bushes
• Other duties as assigned

What to Expect

• Work in a small team and independently to complete jobs
• Work in all kinds of weather
• Variable hours (evenings and weekends as needed)
• Work outdoors
• Regular bi-weekly pay (Thursdays) through direct deposit

The applicant should be able to perform manual labour and work outdoors. Most work takes place during daytime hours, but depending on the weather some evenings and weekends may be necessary.

Steel toe work boots and rain gear is required. All other safety equipment will be provided. Heavy lifting and manual labour capabilities are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 48 per week
