Join our Brann's team! We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Greeter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience. Your exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation will help set the tone for their visit, whether in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about services and amenities.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
• Help manage guest relations by providing personalized service and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to process transactions efficiently.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette, directing inquiries to relevant departments as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the greeting area to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; experience with Aloha POS is highly regarded.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.48 - $14.00 per hour
