Grill Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grill Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled items while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items on the grill, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Assist in meal preparation, stocking, and restocking duties.
• Be able to communicate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and cleaning duties.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain hygiene standards.
• Provide exceptional service to guests and prepare great quality food every time.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting fellow staff members during busy service periods.

Experience

• Strong background in food service, including cooking techniques and food handling practices.
• Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
