Overview

MD Investments is looking for a dependable Grounds Maintenance Worker to help keep our properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on, outdoor-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has experience with landscaping or maintenance tools, and takes pride in creating a well-kept environment across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of landscaping and maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, saws, drills, and grinders.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, driveways, and other shared areas.
• Assist with basic repairs involving light plumbing, electrical tasks, and structural maintenance.
• Perform painting projects, including surface preparation, masking, clean-up, and detailed finishing work.
• Maintain landscaping through trimming, planting, weeding, and irrigation system checks or repairs.
• Keep all outdoor spaces organized, free of debris, and clear of safety hazards.
• Record daily maintenance activities and provide regular updates to management.
• Support overall property presentation by helping ensure all areas remain functional and visually appealing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general property maintenance.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and janitorial practices.
• Experience with gardening or irrigation systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay productive throughout the day.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-time position with standard 8-hour shifts.
• Occasional weekends or extended hours may be required depending on property needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
