As we continue to grow our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Growth Marketing & Outreach Associate who enjoys working in the fast-paced, energetic environment of a rapidly growing company. The Marketing Associate will support lead generation, market research, and brand awareness efforts in the eCommerce and B2B fulfillment space. This role will assist in digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, cold outreach, and competitive research to help drive new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in marketing, digital advertising, or outreach, with an interest in logistics, eCommerce, or B2B sales. This is a great opportunity to grow into a specialized marketing or sales role in a fast-growing industry!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Lead Identification

• Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
• Build target lists of eCommerce brands and B2B businesses that need fulfillment services.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Trends, and CRM tools to identify prospects.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Assist in SEO research and content strategy to drive website traffic.
• Support social media content creation and scheduling (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Help manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

3. Outreach & Lead Generation

• Assist in cold outreach via email and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
• Track outreach performance and follow up with leads in the CRM.
• Support event outreach for trade shows, webinars, and networking opportunities.

4. Content Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Help write blog posts, case studies, and industry insights to attract leads.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
• Identify partnership and PR opportunities to expand brand reach.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor marketing campaign performance and outreach success.
• Compile weekly reports on lead generation efforts and engagement metrics.
• Suggest improvements based on data insights and campaign results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
