As a Growth Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Growth Marketing Analyst and be responsible for the successful deployment of onsite and offsite marketing campaigns (email, sms, push, app, social).
This role will work closely with our Marketing, Inventory, and Compliance teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and follow our brand guidelines and legal standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and execute promotional marketing campaigns leveraging provided content and pre-designed templates (email, sms, push, social) based on data compiled by team to address business concerns.
- Ensure campaign continuity is carried throughout e-commerce experience (website heroes, landing pages, announcement banners)
- Coordinate and schedule customer incentives (coupons, sales, loyalty boosts)
- Execute on experiments and A/B testing, and report on the outcomes.
- Analyze and optimize automated traffic and engagement campaigns (e.g. cart abandonment automated flows)
- Gather data and summarize campaign performance for our leadership team
- Advocate for medical patients in Utah and help us get better every week
- Give feedback and suggestions for current projects and future-facing projects
- Other job duties as requested
Qualifications:
- B.S/B.A in Digital Marketing or similar field highly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- A growth mindset, an ambitious attitude, and a desire to learn in a startup environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills
- Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data from marketing platforms, BI tools, and spreadsheets
- Industry knowledge is not required, but an ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly is a benefit
- Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new online tools, familiar with ecomm platform functions, customer journey and online event tracking platforms
- Working understanding of how to build segmentation logic and understand and/or statements
- Must be 21 years of age or older

- 2 weeks accrued annually during the first two years of employment
