My client is a consumer brand seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Lead to manage a team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic generalist with a deeply analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across a wide range of marketing channels. You will be responsible for defining the overarching marketing strategy, overseeing both digital and offline campaigns, and leading a team to achieve key business objectives. Your day-to-day will involve both high-level strategy and hands-on guidance of campaign execution.
While this employer has overseas businesses, this is today a predominantly local role, and the financial package will be commensurate with a local remit. Responsibilities
Reporting to a senior leader who oversees Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will be a strategic thinker and planner who can also execute (alongside your team members). While you will oversee the entire marketing mix -from digital performance channels like paid search and social media to offline initiatives – the role’s primary focus is on driving measurable results through performance marketing. A deep understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimization is essential for this position. We are looking for a leader who thrives on using data to make informed decisions and constantly seeks to improve overall marketing campaign performance.
Requirements
You have over 9 years’ experience, with experience leading a marketing team. You will be expected to work cross-functionally with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals. Your background in performance marketing and lead generation will be critical as you oversee the entire funnel from top-of-funnel acquisition to bottom-of-funnel conversion. You are described as a proactive and analytical leader, with strong team orientation. Individuals may be from any sector, with exposure to the consumer and retail related industry.
