Your role is mainly acted on remotely, from the comfort of your home or your favourite working space. You will be required to attend some in-person trainings/meetings.

Queen of the Thrones® is a fast-growing cpg company specialized in Castor oil clean beauty & wellness. We sell d2c (shopify/amazon etc) and b2b (natural health food stores, wellness practitioners, beauty stores, yoga studies etc..).

Our mission is to share with the world the highest quality castor oil and castor oil packs. Believing that from seed to skin, you can bloom your sacred within.

The Opportunity: As a Growth Marketer, you’ll take the reins of all marketing segments—organic social, paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Influencers), and emerging channels. You’ll take the lead and continue to build a cohesive marketing ecosystem that connects with our audience and inspires them to join our clean beauty and wellness movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the marketing strategy to achieve significant revenue growth within two years.
• Manage and grow a multi-channel marketing ecosystem (organic, paid, influencers, new channels).
• Collaborate closely with heads of content, media buyers, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Identify and validate new growth channels annually.
• Analyze channel performance and drop channels that aren’t performing well
• Consistently launch impactful campaigns that engage and grow our community.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, inclusivity, and innovation.
• Develop clear SOPs, reporting systems, and monthly strategic alignment meetings.
• Build and nurture the marketing team—hiring new specialists as needed to support growth.
• Align marketing efforts with our brand’s authentic clean beauty and wellness ethos.

Who You Are:

• Experienced digital marketer with several years in leadership roles
• Proven ability to drive significant e-commerce revenue growth.
• Expert in Organic and Paid Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
• Deep Understanding and ability to market through AII and LLM’s ( learning Language Models)
• Data-driven decision maker who leverages key metrics like CAC, ROAS,CTR and MER.
• Deeply in touch with Gen X and Millennials social media culture.
• Skilled at managing creative, cross-functional teams and driving alignment.
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.
• Experience and passion for clean beauty and wellness is a major plus.
• French and/or Spanish is an asset
