Growth Marketing Manager

The Growth Marketing Manager at GK Realty Group is responsible for building and scaling the company’s marketing engine to drive attention, leads, and long-term brand authority.


This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role where you will take full responsibility for marketing strategy, execution, and performance. You will work directly with leadership to grow GK into one of the most recognized real estate brands in South Florida.


This is not solely a social media posting role. This is a growth role focused on generating real, measurable business results through marketing.


Your mission is to make GK Realty Group a brand people see everywhere—online, in the community, and across all major platforms - while consistently generating buyer, seller, and agent opportunities.

Compensation:

$50,000

Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute GK Realty Group’s entire marketing strategy, building and scaling a high-performing marketing engine that drives consistent buyer, seller, and agent recruitment leads while increasing overall brand visibility
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.), while developing and refining lead generation funnels to improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall ROI
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive content and attention strategy, including social media, video, and community-focused initiatives, to expand reach, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Build, maintain, and elevate the GK Realty Group brand across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning the company as a dominant and recognizable name in the South Florida real estate market
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns specifically designed to attract and recruit real estate agents, including crafting compelling messaging that differentiates GK in a competitive market
  • Own the marketing roadmap from strategy through execution, identifying new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and exposure, while rapidly testing, launching, and scaling new ideas
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics, continuously optimizing campaigns and strategies based on data, while working closely with leadership to drive overall business growth
Qualifications:

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles
  • Proven experience running paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion strategy
  • Experience with content creation (photography, videography, and editing)
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly
  • Data-driven mindset focused on measurable results
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership


Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate marketing experience
  • Experience building or scaling a local brand
  • Strong understanding of social media and video content strategy


This Role Is NOT For

  • Someone who only has experience posting on social media
  • Someone who is not comfortable being accountable for results
  • Someone who requires constant direction or a highly structured environment
  • Someone who is not driven to build, test, and scale


Compensation & Structure

  • $50,000/year
  • Full-time, in-office role (Fort Lauderdale)
  • Bi-weekly pay
  • Clear path for growth and increased responsibility as the company scales
  • Direct impact on the growth and direction of the business
