Job Description Where and when could you start the internship with us? Starting from 28th Oct 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Global Retail Academy Team team. Key Accountabilities The intern will support the Merchandising Reporting Team with a focus in the following activities:

• Support in the creation of engaging communication asset to support the Training initiatives (Video Teasers, banners, poster, posts,..)
• Embellishment & creation of Execs presentation
• Reporting, documentation and archiving
• Automation of Training processes
• Support in Retail Training Events

What will you learn with us? The intern will be placed within the Global Retail Training team focusing on evaluating the retail training tools and processes:

• Learn about the main activities of Global Retail Academy
• Learn about Retail training activities globally and how processes and solutions are developed
• Learn how a digital learning ecosystem is built
• Learn how training is supporting business needs and challenges
• Learn how a training budget is tracked and what are the different processes to define it - data migration - reporting, documentation and archiving.

What are the basics?

• You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Human Resources, Commuincation, Digital Marketing or related fields.
• Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required.
• Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, Digital Mindset, proactivity
• Passion for fashion and luxury trends
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

How will the Recruitment process look like?

• If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)
• After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team in September 2024.
• The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
