Job Description Where and when could you start the internship with us? Starting from 28th Oct 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Omnichannel Perfomances & Operations Team team. Key Accountabilities The intern will support the Omnichannel Perfomances & Operations Team with a focus in the following activities:

• Participate in projects being implemented within the Operations Team
• Supporting the preparation of presentations based on the inputs and guidelines provided possibly adding details and insight if required
• Support in analyzing and monitoring projects ongoing status and relevant KPI, producing relevant business analysis upon request
• Help in the facilitation of the collaboration among the regional teams and the Global Team

What will you learn with us? The intern will be placed within the Global Retail Training team focusing on evaluating the retail training tools and processes:

• Acquire knowledge of the team structure and activities as well as multi-channel sales operations at global and regional level
• Understand the impact of the projects in Omnichannel perspective
• Deal with multiple stakeholder of different level, on global basis

What are the basics?

• You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required.
• Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, Problem-solving, proactivity
• Passion for fashion and luxury trends
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

• If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)
• After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team in September 2024.
• The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
