Tyler Mason Salon & Spa has proudly served the community for over 30 years. We are seeking a dependable, professional Guest Services Coordinator to be one of the welcoming faces of our front desk and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling and rebooking with accuracy
• Recommend services and retail products confidently
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting front desk and lobby
• Support smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing services and retail recommendations
• Availability until 8pm on 2–3 weeknights and some Saturdays
• Must be 18+
