Guest Service Representative/Front Desk

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations and cancellations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest relations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering calls and responding to guest requests.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest services and relations.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor in all interactions.
