Comfort Inn & Suites Bothell is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Front Desk Agent.

Job Title: Front Desk Agent (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Comfort Inn & Suites Bothell, WA

Job Purpose:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for accounting for daily activities, organizing and verifying guest information, identifying and correcting discrepancies, posting accounts, running and distributing daily reports, and maintaining internal controls.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

• 1+ year of previous customer service experience
• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel
• Comfort with using computers and phone systems
• Open schedule availability
• A positive, professional, and outgoing attitude
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments as needed
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic accounting tasks
• A customer-first approach to service

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations independently without a manager on duty
• Greet guests and complete all check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer multi-line phones and assist with inquiries
• Create, modify, and cancel guest reservations
• Process and verify guest payments (including credit card data)
• Assign rooms and provide guests with necessary directions
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely, professional manner
• Handle cash and reconcile daily records
• Prepare and distribute daily audit reports
• Maintain accurate records of daily activity, settlements, and discrepancies
• Ensure safety and security of all guests and staff by adhering to organizational standards
• Participate in educational opportunities to improve job knowledge and skills
