Duties

  • Conduct the nightly audit process, verifying all financial transactions, reservations, and guest accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival or during check-in/check-out procedures, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling guest inquiries and reservation requests efficiently
  • Maintain front desk operations during overnight hours, including processing reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Assist guests with special requests, guest relations issues, or concerns to enhance their overall experience
  • Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on guest services or front desk operations
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, night audit procedures, and guest relations best practices
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and basic hotel management software efficiently
  • Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality setting is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy during financial audits
