The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and a passion for guest services, making them the first point of contact for our valued guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly check-in experience.
• Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling guest stays.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette and phone systems.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the front desk area.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Proficient in front desk operations and familiar with relevant software systems.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective guest interaction.
