We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and enjoyable salon experience. Your expertise in hair styling, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help us maintain our reputation for quality and satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients' needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and processing transactions.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment.
• A passion for hair styling and customer service that enhances the overall client experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
