We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling and customer service will help enhance the overall experience for our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Duties

• Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and promote retail sales.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon environment.
• A valid cosmetology license is required.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$50.00 per hour
