Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Proficient in various hair cutting techniques, coloring methods, and styling practices.
• Experience with straight razor techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of color theory to assist clients in achieving their desired looks.
• Knowledge of retail math principles to effectively manage product sales.
• Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
