Hairstylist/Barber

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling, customer service, and retail sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality hair cutting and grooming services to clients
- Sanitize tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Perform front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Upsell additional services or products to clients

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques for men's grooming
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
- Knowledge of sanitization procedures for tools and work areas

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
