As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling services, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and drive retail sales.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to salon policies and procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products.
• Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and sanitation practices is essential.
