Responsibilities

• Lead groups of guests through haunted attractions or tours, providing engaging narration and interactive elements to heighten the spooky atmosphere
• Ensure guest safety by monitoring crowd flow, managing emergency situations, and enforcing safety guidelines
• Bring stories and themes to life using dynamic public speaking skills, voice modulation, and expressive storytelling techniques
• Maintain a lively, energetic presence throughout shifts to keep guests excited and immersed in the experience
• Assist with setting up scenes, props, costumes, and special effects to enhance the haunted environment
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing guest concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate performances, manage schedules, and improve overall guest experience

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to captivate diverse audiences of all ages
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage groups effectively in a lively environment
• Experience in storytelling, teaching, or performing arts is highly desirable
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse guest groups
• Strong time management skills to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and handling guest interactions confidently
