We’re looking for a Head Barista who’s ready to step up and lead. This is more than just a barista role — it’s an opportunity for someone with proven experience to take ownership of their outlet, inspire a team, and help elevate the coffee experience for every guest.

• Able to think like an operator, with basic business acumen and a sharp eye on shop-level performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the daily operations of the coffee bar and front-of-house team.
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences through service and hospitality.
• Driving team performance, morale, and development through coaching and support.
• Overseeing scheduling, reporting, and store-level business objectives.
• Supporting new initiatives and continuously improving workflow and efficiency.
• Building meaningful relationships with regulars and cultivating community through coffee.

You Should Have:

• Solid experience working in and managing a specialty coffee environment.
• A natural passion for coffee, people, and service.
• Experience in a mid-management or leadership position.
• The confidence to lead from the front and represent Dutch Colony's standards.
• Familiarity with operational tools (scheduling, reporting, etc.) and willingness to learn more.
• A progressive mindset and desire to grow within a dynamic company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,400.00 per month
