We're looking for Fulltime Head Chef

The Paulaner Brauhaus Singapore family is growing and looking for new members with all backgrounds and experience to join our diverse family.

We are the Asian flagship store of the Paulaner brewery and offer a wide range of premium quality beers and typical dishes from Bavaria in an authentic environment.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for creating premium menus, managing food cost and quality, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, and leading your kitchen team with passion, creativity, professionalism, and team spirit. The role also includes motivating the team, supporting events, and working closely with management on marketing initiatives and promotions. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and innovation are key to this position.

Experienced with highest level of professionalism

English speaking with minimum Secondary School Education
