Head Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. ```Responsibilities```
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into our menu offerings

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in bartending or mixology is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
