Head Housekeeper / Housekeeper (M/W/D)

We are looking for an experienced head housekeeper or housekeeper for an upscale private household based in Lugano.

Your responsibilities
· Responsible for the complete and high-standard maintenance of the residence
· Full housekeeping duties like cleaning, organizing, laundry and ironing
· Oversight and coordination of other household staff (for senior/head roles)
· Table service to a high standard
· Maintaining elevated standards across fine materials, furnishings and surfaces
· Handle grocery shopping and other supplementary errands
· Welcome external service providers, receive mail and packages

Your profile
· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role in high-end environments
· Animal-loving and no allergies to dogs
· Strong organizational skills, discrete, reliability, positive attitude, attention to detail, team-oriented other staff are on site
· Flexible to travel with the family, especially during the summer
· Driving license
· Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus)

Our offer
· Long-term full-time position, permanent
· 45 hours and 5.5 days per week
· Accommodation would be provided outside the property
· Salary depending on qualifications and previous experience
