Head Of Business Development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage entire operations of Business Development.
  • Develop and lead both inbound and outbound sales of the Company.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with vendors/partners that offer strategic advantages to the Company.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to subordinates.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure business performance aligns with the Company’s set goals and targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience in managing and overseeing business development operations.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the payment services or fintech industry.
  • Strong ability in customer support and back-office management.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
