We work with all types of research, analysis, and data – from focus groups, campaign and brand tracking, to sentiment analysis, segmentation, econometrics, dashboards, media buying algorithms, and first-party data strategies.
At Choreograph, we believe that understanding people is just as important as understanding technology and AI. We are currently looking for a Head of Market Research Operations to play a key role in driving our future development.
Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will inspire and support a team of market research specialists, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to achieve their goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure market research projects are executed efficiently, delivering valuable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Support: Inspire and support a team of market research specialists, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members feel empowered to grow and contribute.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and follow up on market research projects from start to finish, and work to deliver valuable insights within the set timelines and budgets.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and propose strategies to enhance market research processes and methodologies, exploring new opportunities to strengthen our agency's offerings.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all market research maintains high quality, with reliable and actionable insights for clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments within the agency, such as creative teams, media planning, and account management, to integrate market research insights into campaigns and strategies.
  • Technology and Tools: Implement and maintain advanced analytics tools and techniques to enhance data collection and analysis.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for market research projects, ensuring cost efficiency and effective resource allocation.

We’re looking for someone who has:
  • Solid experience in market research and data analysis, including both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Experience in leading and supporting teams.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A structured approach with an eye for details.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools and techniques.
  • Experience in automation and standardization projects.
  • Relevant experience or education in marketing, statistics, or a related field.
