Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to build, lead, and scale the marketing function from the ground up. You wi l shape QubeCare’s go-to-market strategy, oversee digital growth campaigns, manage branding and PR, and support sales with high-impact marketing assets. This role reports directly to the executive team and plays a critical role in QubeCare’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for QubeCare across B2B, B2C, and partner channels
- Define KPIs and performance metrics to track growth, awareness, and engagement
- Collaborate with leadership on positioning, messaging, and market segmentation
Team Leadership
- Build and manage a remote marketing team including content, digital, performance, and social media specialists
- Align cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations) on marketing goals and deliverables
Campaign Management
- Launch integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Oversee performance marketing and organic growth efforts including SEO, email, and content marketing
- Coordinate product marketing and go-to-market campaigns for platform feature launches
Brand and Communications
- Define and maintain the QubeCare brand voice and identity
- Create marketing assets including decks, brochures, landing pages, case studies, and explainer videos
- Develop PR, thought leadership, and media strategies to build brand authority
Customer and Market Insights
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
- Gather feedback from users and partners to guide messaging and product positioning
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a senior marketing role, preferably in EHR, Saas or healthtech.
- Proven experience building marketing teams and launching products in new markets
- Strong analytical ski ls and hands-on experience with growth tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excelent communication, storyteling, and leadership abilities
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with AI-powered platforms or telehealth is a strong advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
