Siemens is a global leader in intelligent infrastructure solutions. Within our Electrification & Automation business, our Customer Services team supports the full lifecycle of critical customer assets – from new installations to long-term maintenance and modernisation.
Due to strong business growth and increasing market demand, we are excited to offer a newly created leadership position: Head of Project Management. This is your opportunity to shape how projects are delivered and optimised across a fast-growing portfolio in the energy and automation space.
Your Role – Shape the Future of Electrification
In this key leadership role, you will manage the successful delivery of multiple complex projects while enhancing process efficiency and customer outcomes. Leading a team of four direct reports, you’ll take full ownership of the project execution strategy across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the delivery of new installations and service projects in the electrification and automation space
- Managing contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), timelines, milestones, and risk
- Driving continuous improvement across project delivery systems and operations
- Aligning project teams with Siemens’ quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards
- Providing leadership in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating with tendering, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless execution
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration
- At least 5 years’ experience in project management across electrification, automation, or power distribution services
- Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects through all phases
- Strong knowledge of medium/low-voltage switchgear, protection systems, SCADA, and digital solutions
- Practical experience in on-site service delivery, scheduling, and resource management
- Effective leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility to travel across the region as needed
