You'll work across some of Brisbane's most iconic venues, including:

• Waters Edge at Portside Wharf
• Riverlife at Kangaroo Point
• Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbane

What We Expect From Our Head Waiters

• A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Well-presented, personable, and professional
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Confident carrying 3 plates and performing full beverage tray service
• Comfortable working across a variety of events — from conferences and cocktail parties to weddings and large-scale functions
• Proven leadership in supervising or supporting FOH teams
• Valid QLD RSA and full working rights in Australia
• Other FOH or barista skills are highly regarded
