Air-to-Water Heat Pump Service & Maintenance Technician

On behalf of our client, Mitsubishi Electric Ireland, we are seeking a skilled Service & Maintenance Technician to join their Technical Services Team, supporting customers and installer partners across the West of Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global brand in renewable energy solutions, delivering high-quality service and support for Ecodan Air-to-Water Heat Pumps.

This role is ideally suited to someone starting out on their career . You will be fully traineid in the products and have the opportuity to grow with the team .

What you’ll be doing:

• Co-ordinate with Technical Services Team in order to provide service and maintenance of Ecodan Heat pumps.
• Assist installers and homeowners with aftersales technical queries.
• Provide on-site assistance for our installer partners.
• Assess and process warranty claims.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and reports using relevant packages.
• Adherence to health and safety practices and procedures.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally, strong experience and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Plumbing and /or refrigeration experience an advantage but not necessary
• Experience with Air Source heat pumps an advantage but not necessary
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Computer literate (understanding of MS office suite) and ability to collect and report data effectively.
• Full Drivers’ License.

• Ability to build relationships with installer partners and the tact and diplomacy required to deal with homeowners.
