Heavy Duty Mechanic Required in Abu Dhabi - UAE

Required for Company providing Light Vehicles & Heavy Equipment to Large Onshore & Offshore Oil & Gas Projects in the UAE

10 Years experience required as a Heavy Duty Mechanic / Technician

Must have experience with Caterpillar & Komatsu machines.

Main Responsibilities will be:

· Diagnosing & Troubleshooting Electrical & Mechanical Issues

· Selecting parts & maintaining stock of regularly required stock

· Oversee Mechanics work on a day-to-day basis

· Promoting Preventative Maintenance

· Inspecting & Testing Machines on site & in workshop

Skills Required:

· Ability to Work on Own Initiative

· Strong Communication Skills

· Motivated & Positive Attitude

· Planning & Organisational Skills

· Qualification as Diesel Mechanic, Plant Fitter or Auto Mechanic

· Experience with A/C an advantage

Experience:

• Mechanical knowledge: 10 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
