for our customers. To ensure this process runs smoothly, we are looking for a Laundry Team Lead who can maintain an overview and motivate the team.

What will you do?

As Team Leader, you’re the link between the team and management. You oversee daily activities, ensure proper planning, and assist where needed. With your communication skills, you guide colleagues and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the laundry team;

• Monitor quality, speed, and safety;

• Plan work and assign tasks;

• Train and coach new colleagues;

• Provide input on work process improvements.

Who we are looking for:

• You have experience in a management or coordinating role (preferably in production or logistics);

• You have strong communication skills and speak fluent Dutch and English;

• You can maintain an overview and adapt quickly in a busy environment;

• You have an eye for detail and prioritize quality;

• You are a real team player who is also confident in making decisions.
