Hospice Registered Nurse - Admissions/Case Manager RN - East Bay

Our Hospice division is growing FAST! We need great Nurses to support our growing patient population!

Outstanding RN's are needed for the East Bay. Our office is based in Orinda and we are looking for the right persons to join our Case Management Team. Positions can start per-diem and could quickly grow into a full time, benefited position.

Qualifications: Registered nurse with current license to practice in State of California with current CPR certification. Excellent observation, good nursing judgment and communication skills. Understands hospice philosophy. Understands principles of pain/symptom management. Demonstrates ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings. Communicate and work effectively with hospice team members. Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills. Knowledgeable of online charting.

Required: Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience, including one year in an acute setting. Minimum of 2 year experience in a home health/hospice setting.

Estimated Annual Compensation: $124K to $156K
