Hospital Housekeeper Supervisor

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring Full-time housekeepers in a medical setting.

Wage: $23/hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 120 days of employment with perfect attendance

Shift: Full-time with Alternating Weekends: 11:00AM ? 7:00PM

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all areas of the hospital, including public spaces, offices, and patient rooms:

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Respond to cleaning requests via handheld radios and pagers
• Perform other janitorial duties as required

Physical and Other Requirements

• Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Stand/walk for the entirety of the shift
• Bend/kneel/crouch/climb
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
