Hospitality Team Member At Cookman

MOGO Korean Fusion Tacos- Cookman location is looking for hard-working, enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join a 20+ person store-operating team. MOGO Hospitality Team Members ensure that the customer experience always takes priority. They work openly with their fellow team members to align with and achieve store operating goals as directed by store management. MOGO team members are the front-line face of the MOGO organization and expected to be an all-around ambassador of the MOGO ethos and adhere to Company policies and procedures. This position reports directly to store management.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm upon entering and exiting the restaurant.
• Engage with guests to answer questions and/or assure an excellent experience.
• Accept and enter guest orders into POS.
• Deliver completed orders to tables and/or prepare orders for takeout.
• Replenish supplies and food preparations as required.
• Promote new menu items, initiatives, and services.
• Setup/breakdown and maintain dining room areas in accordance with company Experience Standards.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
• Maintain company cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the restaurant.
• Create a positive work environment for guests and fellow team members.
• Emphasize continual communication and improvement.
• Adhere to MOGO Safety and Sanitation Standards.
• Other tasks deemed necessary by store management..

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality, reliable and detailed oriented. No prior experience necessary.

Available shifts and compensation: $15.13 - $18/hr inclusive of tip sharing. 30+ hours per week inclusive of day, night, and late-night shifts including weekends and holidays.
