Role:
The role is a varied one: from giving our guests the best welcome, sprucing up rooms and making delicious coffees to name just a few. All the while, you'll be a champion of good vibes when on shift, ensuring our guests are having a great time every step of the way.

Key Tasks Include:

• Giving guests the warmest of welcomes, complete with an over view of the hostel and events as well as giving some fun information about the neighbourhood
• Keeping our hostels looking great, spreading good vibes in our social spaces, and generally making sure our hostel feels like a home away from home
• Jumping in to help with all sorts of behind-the-scenes tasks, like tackling emails and helping out during social events
• Being the best barista in town when working in our Café at Clinkmama, keeping our guests and locals full with good coffee and food during the day and drinks in the evenings

Who You Are:
You're the ultimate guest experience specialist, putting smiles on faces and helping to craft unforgettable memories. With excellent communication skills, you thrive in the fast lane and love going the extra mile. Your zest for life, passion for travel, and knack for hospitality make you a standout. And hey, if you happen to also speak Dutch, that's a bonus, but it's not a deal-breaker.
