Position Overview

As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by delivering dishes with precision, assisting servers, and maintaining a high level of organization. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a professional hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and resetting tables.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide brief descriptions of dishes to guests when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist in creating an exceptional dining experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a polished dining environment.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread, and responding to guest requests.
• Ensure dining and service areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Support food runners in delivering dishes to tables when needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, yet unobtrusive, service.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.

• Experience: Prior experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant preferred but not required.
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to move quickly while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
