Host/Hostess

Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen in Miami, FL is looking for a few great hosts/hostesses to join our 60 person strong team. We are located on 316 Nw 24th St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working, very friendly and assertive. Experienced with RESYOS Platform. Should have a minimum of 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

*Answering the phones and booking/confirming reservations *Greeting customers and making them feel welcomed *Estimating wait time for guests *Ensure a clean and organized work space *Ensure organized seating and Table Service assignment *Ensure proper care to Menus and other materials used for guests
