• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with seating preferences
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of guests
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality and customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills is a plus
