Host/Server Assistant

Responsibilities:

As a Host:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests using our booking system
• Maintain an organized waitlist during busy times
• Communicate effectively with the service team about table status
• Answer phone calls professionally and provide basic information about the restaurant
• Create a welcoming atmosphere in the entrance and lounge areas

As a Server Assistant:

• Support servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Refill water and assist with food running when needed
• Help keep the dining area and service stations clean and organized
• Communicate with the team to ensure smooth guest service

Requirements:

• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
• Evening and weekend availability is a must
