Hotel Front Desk Agent

## Job Overview

Overnight Shift 10pm to 6am
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. ## Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations, check-outs, and payments accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations or providing local information

## Skills
- Experience in hotel management or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and reservation software
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
